We guess you’re either planning on subscribing to The Suite or just curious about what we are. That’s a big deal to us, so we started this blog to keep you informed of everything you may want to know.

OK, so what’s it all about?

The idea of The Suite was born during the lockdown when we all switched to remote working. When the transfer-induced mess was over and we sorted everything out, we started to feel that our team communications weren’t as smooth as before. Texts and conf-calls couldn’t convey our moods or show how engaged we were in topics we discussed. We all were in our respective productive phases at different times of the day and couldn’t sync with each other to solve tasks as quickly and efficiently as before. What’s more, we realized that the existing video conferencing tools couldn’t provide us with convenient tools for brainstorming or writing something together.

Our chats with friends and acquaintances from other companies who switched to remote working confirmed they were struggling with similar issues. So one day we decided to do something about it and make our own collaboration whiteboard.

How does it work?

We made an analytics platform that integrates video conferencing and structured calls with collab tools. With The Suite, users can schedule video calls and conferences, and work in text documents together in real-time while seeing each other.

But the real magic lies ahead. The core of The Suite is composed of emotion recognition and physiological signal sensing algorithms. They extract anonymized data from the video stream and analyze communication features and team members’ attention and engagement levels. Then The Suite’s own AI algorithms construct a team’s productivity charts. After every meeting, the team gets a report with its communication stats.

In June 2020, we released an MVP that we are now testing in-house. During the testing, we are going to research the correlations between the quality of communication and level of emotional engagement, and how they affect the overall productivity of our team.
