Another successful Theta Hackathon has been completed, with a brilliant group of winning projects in the AI, video, and gaming sectors! We thank all the awesome developers and teams that submitted projects to this edition of Theta Hackathon, helping to build the decentralized future of AI in media and entertainment. In the coming weeks, we’ll be highlighting all the top projects.

Next up is the Runner Up winner, ThetaAIM developed by K. Singh. Theta AIM stands for Theta AI Inferences Marketplace. It’s a distribution platform for developers and an AI apps marketplace for the end users, helping bridge the gap between the powerful AI models running on EdgeCloud and the end users who want to use the exciting consumer apps these models power.

ThetaAIM helps developers automatically distribute their AI inferences as web apps, WordPress plugins, Chrome extensions, and REST APIs to end users. Once their AI model inference is ready and deployed on Theta EdgeCloud, they can provide an inference endpoint and ThetaAIM will auto-generate web apps, plugins, and APIs that can interact with the inference endpoint. Under the hood, ThetaAIM wrote custom scripts and code-generators to automatically build web apps, configure APIs and plugins.

For end users, you can explore various AI model offerings by categories like Web Apps, Plugins, REST APIs, etc. Once you make your TFUEL payment to the developer of an inference endpoint, the platform will automatically generate API keys or plugins, which you can then install and use.

Going forward ThetaAIM will add the ability to deploy AI inferences directly to the end user’s own Theta EdgeCloud account, allow no-code features to edit/customize web apps according to end-user needs, ande integrate more platforms such as Slack.

Congratulations K. Singh, and thank you for your contributions to the Theta Ecosystem!
