Theta Labs announces the $2M Dapp Development Fund — Apply now!

The Theta project is all about sharing resources and connecting with other users on the Theta Network. We understand that our most valuable asset is a strong community supporting the project — the Theta Network simply can’t be successful without your help! We’ll be recognizing that in a number of ways, beginning with a new initiative known as the Theta Dapp Development Fund.

Theta Labs has earmarked $2 million to fund developers in the Theta community who are building dapps (decentralized apps) on the Theta protocol. Priority will be given to teams building decentralized video platforms or other user-facing applications. Funding for approved teams will be structured as an initial grant with the option for further funding upon completion of certain milestones. Theta Labs CTO Jieyi Long and the Theta engineering team will also be available to provide technical support and guidance to selected projects, and we’ll release software development kits to aid you in development (expected mid to late July).
