The Teloscope Weekly report: 1–21 July

A sound Telos First strategy implies offering ‘try & buy’ options to other EOSIO communities. Making Chainspector also available for them is our contribution to that goal.

Applications and Tools

The Teloscope Bot

We have added another language to our multilingual bot. And now it also speaks French!. Translation was made by Clément Chazarra . Kudos to him!

French language version of the bot’s interface

In total the bot can be used in 10 major languages, but we still want to expand the list even more. We are encouraging community participation by running a reward campaign. Feel free to contact us if you want to translate the bot into one of the languages still available.

Chainspector

Since the launch of the Ratify Proposals module, we have been working on adding multi-chain support in Chainspector.

Choose the EOS.IO chain you want to use

EOS MainNet is the second chain following Telos, because we believe that Chainspector can help in raising awareness of Telos among the EOS community.

When using Chainspector for EOS, you can use several unique tools such as the Ranking Playground , the Proxy Selector Panel and the RCP Api.

But you will only enjoy the full list of cool governance features when on Telos 😜, for instance the ability to check and vote for WPs.

Traceability in agri-food products

We have taken a further step towards launching this Telos-based application: two beverage producers have agreed to carry out the first real mode tests of the system.

As soon as these two companies have all their staff available (some are absent due to the summer holidays), we will help them to install on their computers all the software. And upon creation of their user accounts on the Telos blockchain network, we will train their personnel so they are able to register on chain the first trace data.

This report has been produced by members of The Teloscope team.

The Teloscope is an independent non-profit block producer. The revenue we get from any service we provide to the network is fully invested in our BP infrastructure, as well as in tools and services for the community.

You can support us by including theteloscope among the list of BPs that deserve your vote.
