The Teloscope Weekly report: 18–24 Mar 2019
On 20 March 2019, Spring officially kicked off. And, among other things, to celebrate this glorious season we crafted a special theme for the chainspector app.
Applications and Tools
We launched another update that included a new tool named ‘Token Showroom’ under the Dashboard. There you can see a list of every single token deployed on Telos blockchain up to date.
Also new improvements were made to the list of Worker Proposals (compact view). First we have added a header with relevant information about all WPs, such as supply, the sum of voters of all WPs and the corresponding 5% threshold value. Secondly each WP now includes the percentage of YES/NO votes, and the number of voters.
We’d like to thank Viterbo Rodríguez for double-checking the WP smart contract code review previously made by Ryan Jones. Based on it, Viterbo suggested a couple of enhancements to chainspector’s WP interface.
The more useful tools we add to chainspector the more people realize that we were not pretentious when we promoted this app as the Swiss-Army knife of Telos… even Douglas Horn now half-jokes about it! 😝
Even though we still have some ideas to follow up, we would like to hear yours. We are even open to collaborate and help members of the Telos community in creating tools for chainspector, something they will get credit for through the inclusion of corresponding name and logo in the interface.
The Teloscope Bot
We updated The Teloscope Bot with two new improvements:
- a new button for direct access to the Free Telos Account creation
- detailed info about all the snapshots in which an account was included
And the bot’s guide was updated accordingly to reflect these additions.
