ANNUAL PERSONAL OKRS — 2020

O: Stay healthy.
KR: Get to my ideal weight.
KR: Being within healthy values when getting a medical checkup.
KR: Eat less meat and snacks.
KR: Run 300 km.
KR: Bike 2500 km.
KR: Swim 75 km.
KR: Do one triathlon and two 5–10 km running races.
KR: Happiness — rate 80% of the days as content or happy.

O: Live a more fulfilling life.
KR: Save more money than I spend.
KR: Travel to three new cities in Germany and do a longer trip.
KR: Improve my german to have a minimum conversation with friends and colleagues.
KR: Keep writing a blog post every 15 days.
KR: Read 10 books.
KR: Spend less time on social media.

O: Expand my professional knowledge and gain new experiences.
KR: Spend time improving my PM skills.
KR: Start a side project.

O: Love and be loved.
KR: Spend at least one week every quarter with family and friends in San Sebastian.
KR: Do a longer trip with my parents and sister.
KR: Keep current relationship with close friends and try spending more quality time with them.
KR: Meet new people.

Q1 PERSONAL OKRS — 2020

KR: Lose 3 kg.
KR: Eat vegetarian at least 80% of the days.
KR: Run at least 75 km
KR: Bike at least 650 km
KR: Swim at least 18,75 km
KR: Happiness — rate 80% of the days as content or happy.

O: Live a more fulfilling life.
KR: Save more money than I spend.
KR: Travel to 1 city in Germany.
KR: Start German classes (at least 4 classes).
KR: Write 6 blog posts.
KR: Read 2.5 books.
KR: Spend less time on social media.

O: Expand my professional knowledge and gain new experiences.
KR: Start a SQL course.

O: Love and be loved.
KR: Spend at least one week with family and friends.
KR: Do activities with friends from Berlin and maintain relationship with friends from home.
KR: Organise at least one dinner at home.
