When I saw this one, I thought I was getting myself into a Japanese Lovecraftian horror. I was kinda wrong but depending on your taste in pop culture that might not be a bad thing.
Nawa Kanetsugu is a former police officer who was sent to prison for the murder and attempted murder of the men who killed his family. Once he’s released, he tracks down the surviving killer to complete his revenge but things get a little complicated.
Bad news: the killer is an immortal (called “undying”) who ate fruit from the tree of death. Good (?) news: Nawa has also become immortal and has the ability to remove the seeds of death from other immortals. With no real options, Nawa teams up with the…
