✈️ Looking to be inspired by gorgeous, wanderlusty travel Instagram accounts? The 9 Instagrammers featured here are all at the top of their game, and will turn your feed into a thing of beauty!

Every account posts bright, warm, and people focused (no purely landscape accounts) travel photos. They also all travel non-stop to far off locations. Like Oman, Seychelles, Jordan, Belize, and Coachella 😜 And that’s something I really appreciate that about these Instagrammers. It’s amazing to see gorgeous locations that are off the typical tourist path through their lenses.

Be sure to follow all of these highly talented Instagrammers, and let me know if you have a favorite!

Jack Morris — doyoutravel

Why I Love doyoutravel

As you will see with the other accounts on this list, I’m a YUGE fan of people who have mastered the art of perfectly coloring their photos. Every shot is vibrant while looking true to life. It’s weird to say this about a photo, but his coloring is so good that I sometimes feel like I can taste it. No joke.

Jack’s feed is chock-full of stunning locations around the world, all captured in a way that few others can. He also seems to like snapping 🐕s, 🐘s, and 🦒s. Definitely can’t go wrong with that!

Why This Post Is Great

The eruption of Mt. Agung in Bali made international news when it first started stirring in August 2017 after 54 years of inactivity. Jack’s photo of Agung transcends the world of beautiful travel photography and enters photo journalism. Having previously lived in Bali for a year, I definitely wouldn’t choose to be so close to an erupting Agung. Which is why I really appreciate being able to see the power of the volcano through Jack’s lens.

Fun Facts

  • At 2.8 million followers, doyoutravel is one of the biggest account accounts in the travel niche, and the biggest on this list!
  • He’s the other half of gypsea_lust, the next incredible Instagrammer on this list.

Lauren Bullen — gypsea_lust

Why I Love gypsea_lust

Just like doyoutravel, gypsea_lust’s posts are pure magic. Perfect lighting, full true to life color, and unique locations fill every post.

Why This Post Is Great

It would be easy to feature any photo at random from Lauren’s feed. Her grams are that good.

But this photo is particularly amazing. It looks like it could be from a fashion magazine. The jackets, the jewelery, the sunglasses, and the white bright landscape all give this shot a level of bad-assery. Oh, and there’s also a majestic owl fanning out behind them. Unreal.

I highly recommend opening this photo up in Instagram and swiping left to see the second shot with the owl’s wing in Lauren’s face. Expectations vs. reality indeed.

Fun Facts

  • Lauren and Jack intend to make more YouTube videos of their travels. If this video is anything to go by, then we are certainly in for a treat.

Madeleine — pilotmadeleine

Why I Love pilotmadeleine

Stunning views, tropical vibes, bright color palettes, and stylish outfits.

Why This Post Is Great

I love the fun factor in this post! She’s in a pool sitting on a pink flamingo, on a pin sized island in the middle of the Indian Ocean. This is the definition of a tropical paradise.

Fun Facts

  • Madeleine is an actual pilot! After becoming a pilot she turned to Instagram when she had trouble finding a job with an airline.
  • According to Insider, she keeps per pilot’s license current, and would still love to have the opportunity to fly professionally.

Debi Flügge — debiflue

Why I Love debiflue

Debi is another Instagrammer who has mastered posting shots with deep and vibrant colors. Going through her feed is definitely a treat for the eyes. There are tons of bumpin beach shots, and vibrant vistas.

Why This Post Is Great

I’m a sucker for above / below water shots. The image composition and the underwater colors are stunning. I also love the forward motion and the bubbles. It’s so dynamic!

Fun Facts

  • According to her blog she is “so afraid of fishes… even the smallest ones look like sea monsters for me.” This was written in 2016, and it looks like things must have shifted for her. She swims like a fish in so many of her shots!
  • She met Kev, her partner in travel, when they were only 12 years old! Debi says “it was love at first sight”. Adorable, right?

Aggie Lal — travel_inhershoes

Why I Love travel_inhershoes

Aggie’s account is the whole package. Every shot is stunning, and perfectly colored. She also travels a ton, which allows her to showcase soooo many gorgeous locations. In the past month she has been to California, Jordan, Poland, Belize, and France!

Another thing that really stands out are her captions. They are super inspiring and fun. Her Insta stories are also highly entertaining!

Why This Post Is Great

First of all, she is in such a unique location — the Wadi Rum desert in Jordan. And then there’s the three camels. The whole scene looks like it’s out of a movie.

Fun Facts

  • Aggie sailed across the pacific with her previous partner (wow)! Incredibly they had no sailing experience, no radio, and no satellite phone. It took them 8 weeks (4 weeks longer than expected) to complete the trip.
  • She is from Poland and never traveled internationally as a child. But since going to Australia for university she’s hardly been still!

Samuel Taipale — eljackson

Why I Love eljackson

Samuel posts stunning nature & lifestyle grams. I love the color saturation in his shots, and find them to be super powerful. He also shots a variety of cool subjects — like giraffes, vanlife, and Land Rove Defenders. Awesome.

Why This Post Is Great

I love being pulled into unique scenes like this. It’s something totally different from my regular life, and its captured in such a beautiful way. And come on, dog sledding is just rad. It’s one of those things that’s been on my bucket list since I was a kid.

Fun Facts

  • He’s married to hilvees, another incredibly talented Instagrammer.
  • He’s from Norway, and has a tip on a must see place. Here’s what he has to say in this Momondo article: “The Lofoten Islands, for example, is a must. It’s a tiny fishing archipelago in northern Norway with dramatic mountains and forests, plus round the clock sun in the summer, and the Northern Lights in the winter.”

Hayley Andersen — haylsa

Why I Love haylsa

Creative shots, exotic locations, fun vibes.

Why This Post Is Great

Haylsa has a ton of stunning images. But this one jumped out at me in her feed. It’s kind of other worldly, and almost looks like an illustration from a story book.

Fun Facts

  • She’s been taking photos since she was very young, and loves the creativity that comes with being behind the lens.
  • She travels with her partner kyle_hunter.

Hannah & Nick — saltinourhair

Why I Love saltinourhair

Hannah & Nick’s feed is full of gorgeous, and vibrant pics. The locations they capture will certainly fill you with Wanderlust. From Oman, to Sri Lanka, to Singapore, to the Maldives and many more!

Why This Post Is Great

Just like the previous Haylsa post, this one looks like they’re in a painting. The contrast between their bright clothes and the white building is super engaging. It leaves me wanting to know more about this shot, and this place.

Fun Facts

  • They started satlinourhair on their first big backpack trip in November 2015. By November 2017 they had built a big enough following to quit their corporate jobs and pursue Instagram full time!
  • They run an awesome travel blog! If you like to read stories from the road, be sure to check out saltinourhair.com/diary

LARA — your_passsport

Why I Love your_passport

Similar to eljackson, I really like saltinourhair’s use of strong, deep colors. Her recent shots (it’s now May, 2018) feature some amazingly deep tones of green. Every shot looks like it could be out of a travel magazine.

Why This Post Is Great

I absolutely love the colors and texture in this shot. The way Lara and the landscape simultaneously merge and contrast is really something special.

Fun Facts

  • Lara is from Slovenia, and travels the world with her partner your_passage.
  • Reading through their blog I found a sentence that made me laugh out loud: “we collect memories like fools collect money.” I love this, and can’t think of a better way to live.

Ricky, Tony, and Zach — thewanderlabs

Why thewanderlabs Is Lovable 😻

I’m a little biased, but as the dude who runs thewanderlabs I think you’ll find our account super wanderlusty and worth the follow!
