Where do you think our Beloved BABAJI is gazing at?

Observe his gaze to notice where he might be putting his nazar (vision) at. Between the eye brows and not at the skin surface coz that would be outward projection but somewhere in the head center (more on that later) so you will have to go inward. It works better if your eyes are 9/10th closed but the gaze is still 100% inwards, you will have to work on your balls 👁️ coz we want you to stop looking outward!!! Intent is to let 1/10th light enter for you to ground yourselves and remember the context when time begins to grow non linear.

If someone were to look at you meditating, they might just see the white portion. Like a new moon night when you don’t see anything in the sky but darkness. It’s one of the best time to go inward coz its easy to gaze inward when there are no distractions.

Getting inward is deep but for now just try not to focus TOO much on the tiny organ present in your head right between your ears/eyes/nose in 3d space. Don’t gaze as if you desire it, be gentle and soft as if you are in awe, experiencing the magic of human body secrete hormones that makes you feel blissful.

This is how we move our Ojas from the lower chakras to the higher chakras where it gets converted to Tejas, which is more permanent. (more on that later).
