We are accepting submissions for our 2017Q1 series: Organisational Engineering & Organisational Psychology . To be considered for this cycle, submit your pitch by the 31st Jan using this form.

Who we’re looking for

Smart, opinionated people who write well and are interested in contributing to a collective body of work that explores the massive shifts we’re experiencing in business, technology, politics, education, society, and culture.

We want people with strong opinions, who are as likely to inspire readers as they are to enrage them. People who see the world differently. Who have perspectives outside of the norm. Who aren’t afraid to challenge received wisdom and laugh in the face of dogma.

What we’re looking for

Impassioned, personal, surprising, informed, unique stories that focus on liberating people and organisations (whatever that means to you!) We’re interested in fresh perspectives on things like:

Organisational psychology / Organisational engineering / Human behaviour / Group dynamics / Facilitation / Collective intelligence / The future of democracy / The future of education / The future of work / Mental health at work / Complex systems / Globalisation and business / Ethical business / etc…

Please don’t recycle tired theories or blindly follow whatever’s trending on Medium right now. Bring something new to the world.

And we’re not really interested in biased self-promoting stories for your company or product. However, don’t be shy with your links. And we’ll make sure it gets shared on everyone’s social channels.

If you want to know a bit more about Flux and our perspective on the world, check out Jim’s article It’s time to start changing the world, and Jon’s article Why we started an org redesign consultancy.
