When I started my business in 2000, I thought I was in the graphic design business. Over time we added marketing, SEO, PPC, web design and development and became a small integrated agency. It has taken sixteen years and a lot of change to pin down a strategy that my team and I can stick to!

How the hell do I make my strategy sticky?

A big challenge is delivering on the promise and actually doing what we tell our prospects and clients we’re great at. I love the idea of greatness and I love the idea of exceptional client services in delivering a digital experience.

Making strategy sticky is about selling the strategy to the team and encouraging each team member to join in the collective dream. If the team is on board there is a joint responsibility for making the strategy stick. If they are not on board, you need to change the strategy or change the team. Harsh lessons!
