
At the moment I’m listening to a book about how training impacts your brain. How you’re able to get better memory, creativity and a mind that works smoother.
Even though people know how important it’s to move their bodies, far too many skip it. There are many reasons why, however, the people who choose to take action will get the benefits.
The moment you dare to be 100 % real with your situation, and you take action to create a better lifestyle. Life starts to become more and more incredible.
Through out this blog, I’ve looked at my lifestyle more and more. There are many things I’ve changed, however, there are many things left to do. To exercise my body, even more, is one of them.
One step at a time
The next step I want to take with my body & mind is to exercise Mix Material Arts, MMA. Today I took the first step and booked the first training session.
It feels really exciting to take this step and explore something new.
