Why are organic eggs almost always brown?

Have you ever wondered about the difference between white and brown eggs? And what about those beautiful turquoise and light green eggs? Are brown eggs somehow more nutritious?

Our organic farm sold brown eggs as do most producers of cage-free chicken eggs. Shoppers for fresh egss don’t want white eggs.
