Mark is in his early 20’s and ever since he picked up weightlifting in college, he’s always made it a priority to go to the gym every day of the week. He takes his fitness serious and schedules his meals accordingly throughout the day. He can do this because of the extensive meal prep he done at the beginning of the week. Five meals a day, each of them including his calculated portion of protein, rice, and veggies.

Mark isn’t one for high fashion, so most of the time, you’ll see him wearing some combination of a gym or athletic t-shirt and gym shorts with a pair of sneakers. He doesn’t care what he wears, just as long as he is comfortable and can work out in them.

Mark can be anywhere in the range of the middle class. Since his main time outside of work is spent going to the gym, his hobby isn’t expensive and many other leisure activities. Mark’s current job can vary but most likely he works a simple office or sales job that pays well, but not well enough to get him his own personal in-house gym. He drives a simple sedan type car just to get him to work and the gym.

When Mark is in the gym, he is ready to go, he is committed to building strength while also building the muscles that let others know he is an avid gym member. To stay focused and have the necessary energy to consistently get a great workout in, Mark has an extensive mixture and collection of pre-workouts, protein powder, and supplements to give him the best possible pump. He doesn’t want to skimp out on his gym supplies, so he really goes above and beyond with the flavors and chemicals contained in each set of protein or pre-workout.

Almost all of Mark’s close friends go to the same gym as him and they enjoy their time together by working out and occasionally going out for drinks. Mark and most of his friends have Instagram or TikTok pages where they constantly post gym related content.
