Creatix is proud of its end-to-end capabilities and expertise in UX/UI, software development, and consulting. As the newest addition to the GoHealth family, we focus on influencing massive growth in the health insurance tech space while making a positive difference in our world. At GoHealth, Creatix works on purpose-driven initiatives across customer acquisition, marketing automation, AI and machine learning, and data engineering and analytics.

“It’s amazing to be part of the company from the beginning and see how it grows and becomes more and more successful,” senior software engineer Jan Jancek says.

Professional Growth

Creatix is a team of skilled developers who love what they do; there’s always something new to learn. Many young developers come fresh out of school and become seasoned software engineers.

When Jancek was hired on at Creatix in 2012, he was still working on his degree.

“I thought it would be a great opportunity and a good starting point for my career, he says. “I never had to regret that I’ve decided to work for this company.”

Matej Lednicky also started early on in 2009 after working with CTO Kamil Krauspe during his university days.

“Joining the company would open you to a tremendous opportunity to grow, both as a skilled professional and as a person,” Lednicky says. “Creatix understands the company cannot grow without having their own team members grow.”

“Creatix is great at taking care of its team members,” says Lednicky, whose favorite perks include “high-quality computers and screens and “fun stuff like drones or electric scooters.”

“The company goes out of its way to accommodate,” he adds.

But it’s not always about in-office massages and snack bars. Creatix is also committed to helping employees reach their next career goal through mentorship and collaboration.

Close-Knit Culture

Like a family, Creatix colleagues are there to encourage and support others. According to Ivan Kucera, a quality assurance automation engineer, the culture is even more of a draw now that the company has expanded.

“It stayed the same even when the company has now more than 70 employees,” Kucera says.

He believes this is because CTO Kamil picks all new employees by hand, which ensures that they get a good fit.

Creatix employees also get to know each other outside the workplace, coming together for activities like running, hiking, or grabbing a beer. When Jancek got married last year, he even invited Krauspe and Creatix CEO David Jelinek to be his guests.

“When I think about it, I think we are doing a good job, because you wouldn’t invite just some strangers from work to your wedding,” he says.
