This is the periods of wishing you a Merry Christmas from the contributors of Thinking Logical.

Merry Christmas and Stay Safe

The vaccines against covid-19 are here and the campaigns of vaccination already began in several countries giving us some light at the end of the tunnel.

For the authorities, these vaccination campaigns are a real challenge, and they may well increase their chances of success by applying the principles of the theory of constraints.

Delivering the COVID-19 vaccine to the population safely: A logistic challenge solved with the Theory of Constraints details how TOC can help health organizations in delivering the right dose at the right place at the right time and at the right cost.

The availability of the vaccine doesn’t mean that the life as it was before Covid will come back. This means that we will have to perform even higher, be more efficient, save more, and deliver more, because the business will want to recover from that period of forced lethargy.
The pressure will be even higher on every collaborator (internal or external) to deliver cheaper, quicker and more.

The next weeks, while enjoying your family, thinking about the past year and brainstorming about the next one, is the right time to think about what you will do to bring your performance to the next level.

Theory of constraints, six sigma and lean: are they playing in the same league? compares the three mainstream methodologies for performance improvement based on real-life experience.

Thinking logical brings you articles on how to use methodologies of improvement in your personal and professional life. Its stories are based on real experience and actual applications.
