ReachNow Couldn’t Be Easier

It’s literally as simple as:

  1. Be in Seattle, Portland, or Brooklyn
  2. Install the app
  3. Scan your driver license, front and back
  4. Take a selfie for identity
  5. Add a credit card for payment

…and you’re set! No delay, no waiting for a card, you’re just ready to go, right now. It couldn’t be simpler. The actual process of getting and using a car is simple too: reserve up to half an hour in advance, then pay by the minute.

It’s not an exact replacement for rental cars, or even for ZipCar. It’s more of a Lyft/Uber replacement: you pick up the car near where you are, and drop it off near where you’re going. The use cases are obvious: if you’re going point-to-point, then ReachNow is probably cheaper, while Lyft and Uber are probably more available. If you have multiple stops, like running errands, or for an out-and-back trip, ReachNow is a far better option. And if you like driving, ReachNow offers the ultimate driving machine — the service includes BMWs and Minis. And if you need the lack of a time constraint inherent in ride-sharing, or need the full car to yourself, ReachNow is a great option, and the service almost literally couldn’t make it any easier.
