With just over 1 week to go and 300 Thinkers already registered, we’re getting excited to welcome a range of captivating speakers to Manchester including previous TED speakers Amber Case and James Veitch.

Thinking Digital Manchester is a gathering of innovators, creatives, thought leaders and entrepreneurs where we’ll hear from world-class speakers in huge range of fields from technology, digital media, engineering, entrepreneurship and beyond.

The Guardian describes Thinking Digital as the “UK’s TED” to give you a sense of the quality and range that we’re bringing to Manchester on 10 & 11 October.

We’re looking forward to being joined by a stellar line-up of speakers including Sarah Drinkwater, head of the Google Campus, and pioneering YouTuber Myles Dyer.

‘Cyborg anthropologist’ Amber Case

‘Cyborg anthropologist’ Amber Case is among the headline speakers said: “I chose to speak at Thinking Digital for two reasons: First — I’ve never been to Manchester before, and I always enjoy meeting new people in different places around the world. Second — conferences like Thinking Digital are important places for ‘living knowledge’ and hallways discussions that can’t happen anywhere else.

The event kicks off with a choice of great workshops on 10 October taking place at select locations around central Manchester including sessions on iPhone videography, an exploration of Virtual Reality, a look at design sprints at the BBC and a chance to ‘get your head around code’.

Founder and CEO of Bulletproof Coffee Dave Asprey said: “I’m thrilled to be speaking at the Thinking Digital conference this October. I shared a flight with the Founder Herb Kim who helped me to brainstorm the name “Bulletproof Executive” many years ago so I know what a great journey it’s going to be for all involved.”

Herb Kim said: “I honestly couldn’t be happier about this year’s lineup for Thinking Digital Manchester. “We’ll be covering a huge range of topics from the future of VR to fintech to big data to online media and beyond.” He added: “After the success of last year’s pilot Thinking Digital Conference in Manchester, we’re doubling down this year moving into HOME’s main theatre. “We’re getting really excited about returning Thinking Digital to Manchester on 10 & 11 October!”

There are still a few tickets remaining, but you will have to act fast as we are expecting a sell out. http://tdcmcr.com/register
