A simple toast with melting butter, a dripping butter on freshly baked buns, cold & sweet butter in cruncy croissant, frothy milk in coffee, light and bouncy cream on pancakes and scones, bitter and tangy cheese with fruits and crackers, grilled haloumi, need I say more?
They say “the secret of life is butter”, and I agree!
PS. All the food photos were taken on a Blue Mountains trip with Erin Moir, and the eggs benedict was one specially made for me by Erin for my birthday in 2009.
