Are you empty?
Sit. Be still. Relish in the emptiness.
Our true existence is formless, inseparable from the entire universe. I’m referring to our soul, spirit, being; call it what you like.
We’ve been tricked into believing in the physical ‘person’ that we are and that individually we have rank and that status is important.
Remove the ego from the equation and all that is left is emptiness.
Closing your eyes, calming the mind and spirit and engaging in the emptiness of your consciousness. This is life. This is beauty.
To be fully conscious but empty. This is the universe. Empty.
I think that’s the answer when confronted by someone who asks you the meaning of life. To let life be. To be life, by emulating its emptiness.
To remove yourself from everything but at the same time having mindfulness and non-duality. Ultimately everything is singular and of the same origin.
To ‘let it all go’.
To exist in pure bliss free of wants, needs, delusions and desires. This is all incredibly hard to do, but a big part of why we are here.
Our mind and its gift of consciousness is everything and to control and master our consciousness holds such deep purpose.
To be on the path, learning, making mistakes, is the first step.
