In Sydney, the things we should do

27052015 — So, I have finally sat myself down today and decided that I will start researching for my Sydney trip in September. I’m pretty much starting my research from scratch, with no ideas whatsoever of where to look first.

Google will be my best friend for now and I have started my research with http://autopiatours.com.au/, looking at the Sydney tours. Only two tours came up and it was the Blue Mountain and the other being the Hunter Valley. I’ll be visiting Melbourne too, so looks like I’ll visit Yarra Valley instead.

From the images of Blue Mountain, it looks simply gorgeous and I’ll be having that on my places to visit in Sydney. Next I decided to search up the ‘weddingcake beach in Sydney’ because I stumbled upon a picture in Instagram of it and that have been on my places to visit.

As it turns out, the wedding cake can be seen as part of the coastal walk in the Royal National Park of Sydney. You’ll see why I have to include it in. There’s an article of it here; http://www.weekendnotes.com/the-wedding-cake-rock-royal-national-park/.

As I’m on Instagram, I realized that I followed an Instagram user who lived in Sydney and I went to scroll through her feed. Just to see if she posted anything interesting on Sydney. This was what I found there;

From her postings, I saw these two amazingly gorgeous places in Sydney that I want to visit. The first picture is taken in along Bondi beach and is actually on the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk. That makes it two coastal walk for Sydney and frankly, I’m not sure if my friends are up for both. Read here: http://www.sydney.com/destinations/sydney/sydney-east/bondi

The second picture is taken in Hyams Beach, located in Jervis Bay which I read was the lesser famous beach but the sands are pure and white. Looks lovely from the picture and I’m planning for a visit here too! If it isn’t too far off from the place I’m staying. So it appears that in Jervis Bay, I could make a stop at one of the wineries in Berry, chill out on Seven Mile Beach and check out the blowhole in Kiara. There’s something else on my list also and that’s the famous Sydney Fish Market! I have yet to begin my research about that, but I suppose it’ll be interesting.

I have also decided to search for “Sydney, off the unbeaten track” just to see what pops up. If anything, I’d like to avoid the over touristy places to visit because then I’ll be able to visit a different kind of scenery all together.
