Our process of making a video
Explained through GIF’s
Over the past couple years, we’ve been helping our customers produce videos, and although every video is never the same are video process is. I wanted to share this process so you know exactly what the stages are when we begin a video project with you.
Stage 1 — Initial Conversation
We have an initial meeting whether that be a phone call or face-to-face conversation about the video idea. This gives us a chance to talk over the concept and plan the next steps.
Stage 2 — Storyboarding
To help visualise the video flow and concept, we create a storyboard of the main scenes.
Stage 3 — Filming
We come on location and film all the clips needed for the video.
Stage 4 — Editing
We bring it all together using Adobe Premiere Pro, merging the clips together and adding transitions, overlays, and animated text graphics.
Stage 5 — Choosing Music
Depending on if your video requires it, we source copyright-free music to go over the video.
Stage 6 — Adding Subtitles/Caption
If requested, we add custom subtitles/captions to the video.
Stage 7 — Hand-Over of assets
Once you are happy with the video, we send over the video as an MP4 along with the captions file if one was requested.
Got a video idea you’d like to discuss with us? Drop us an email, and let’s bring your idea to life.
