Left Finalist for Best Workplace Culture and Most Innovative Use of HR Technology in the 2018 Canadian HR Awards

MAPLE RIDGE, BC — JULY 16, 2018— LEFT announced today that it has been selected as a finalist for the ‘Best Workplace Culture’ and ‘Most Innovative Use of HR Technology’ in the 5th annual Canadian HR Awards, the leading independent awards for the HR function in Canada and top representation of people-centric leadership, service, performance, innovation and principle in the business.

Winners in all 24 categories will be selected by a panel of industry experts and announced on September 20, 2018 during a stellar black-tie awards ceremony at The Liberty Grand Toronto hosted by ‘TV’s funniest woman’ Jessi Cruickshank.

“The finalists are the best of the best,” said Jessica Duce, Project Director of Canadian HR Awards. “They demonstrate the resilience, innovation and sheer management smarts it takes to build a thriving people-centred business today. Success stories like theirs are the lifeblood of HR in Canada.”

“We are honoured to be selected as a finalist for the Best Workplace Culture and Most Innovative Use of HR Technology,” says co-founder and CEO, Chris Jensen. “Our 10 core values represent the heart of Lefty culture and are embedded into everything we do. We are passionate about innovation and constantly seeking to make process improvements. It is wonderful to be nominated in two categories that represent both aspects of our business.”

The annual gala welcomes over 600 top HR professionals from Canada’s top HR teams and employers of choice. Those who wish to attend the event are urged to reserve and purchase seats as soon as possible.
