Everybody needs a cheat day from time to time, especially after a long week of work. Our *eager* team decided to test their fave Thistle juices with a few alcoholic additions — the result: Can I say office party…?

Spark-ly Pims
- 1/4 cup Pimm’s №1
- 1/4 cup ginger beer
- 1/4 cup Spark (Orange | Apple | Lemon | Chia | Cayenne)
- Cucumber slices (for muddling)
- Lemon slices (for muddling)
- Mint (for muddling)
Muddle the lemon, cucumber, and mint and stir together with Pims and Spark and chill for 10 minutes. Stir in ginger ale.

Coral Crush Daiquiri
- 6 cups ice
- 3/4 cups rum
- 1/2 cup Coral (Watermelon | Strawberry | Chia)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Ruby Red Fizz
- 1/4 cup gin
- 1/4 cup Ruby (Beet | Spinach | Cucumber | Apple | Chard | Lime | Ginger)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- Sparkling water
- Mint
Chill gin, Ruby, and agave for 10 minutes. Stir in sparkling water and garnish with mint.

Autumn-Mule
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup Autumn (Carrot | Orange | Turmeric)
- 1/2 cup ginger beer
- Lime wedge
- Ice
Stir all ingredients and pour over ice. Serve with lime wedge.

Glowtini
- 1/2 bottle Glow (Filtered Water | Turmeric | Lemon)
- 1/4 cup gin
- 2 tablespoons dry vermouth
- Lemon twist, for garnish
- Ice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. Serve with lemon twist.

Spirulita
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup Surf (Honeydew Melon | Spinach | Kiwi | Lemongrass | Spirulina)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon orange liqueur (like Cointreau)
- Lime wedge
- Salt
- Ice
Shake up with ice and serve with a salt rim and a lime wedge.

Pearly White Russian
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 2 tablespoons coffee flavored liquor (like Kahlúa)
- 2 tablespoons Pearl (Filtered Water | Almonds | Medjool Dates | Vanilla Bean | Cinnamon | Sea Salt)
- Ice
Shake all ingredients with ice.

Perla Float
- 1/4 cup Galliano liqueur or Vanilla Dr. McGillicuddy’s
- 1/2 cup Root Beer
- 1/2 cup Latte (Homemade Cold Brew Coffee concentrate, Jet, mixed with Pearl)
- Crushed ice
Stir together liqueur and root beer with ice. Top with Latte.
