Cross-chain swaps have arrived in the Giddy app, powered by THORChain

The Giddy self-custody wallet has completed its integration with THORChain, offering users access to decentralized native cross-chain swaps directly within the Giddy mobile wallet.

Where did Giddy come from?

Eric started his crypto journey many years ago trading Bitcoin, mining Ethereum, and as the industry continued to develop, exploring the rapidly expanding world of DeFi. As crypto gained more mainstream popularity the calls from crypto-curious friends and family seeking help to get tokens out of staking contracts, or recover lost wallets, started coming more and more frequently. It quickly became clear that we didn’t just need more accessible crypto wallets, but a more streamlined way for new users to be able to safely get involved with DeFi.

Fast forward a few years and Eric, joined by a crew of incredibly talented co-founders, secure their first round of $8M in seed funding for the Giddy app. With a commitment to democratizing finance and making everything web3 has to offer made more easily accessible, Eric and the team continue to drive Giddy Wallet’s mission forward with each new update to the ever expanding Giddy mobile wallet.
