Staying Clear of Bad Design

What’s the first thing that grabs your attention when you visit a website? Good design.

What’s the first thing that makes you think “Hmm, this company looks trustworthy!”? Good design.

That’s the case for our people at Thorgate 100% of the time. Period. We really just can’t trust you with my money or anything if you have a plaintext website. Is it just us or do you feel the same about it?

Thorgate’s design team took the time to brainstorm this problem. Even though it’s 2018 and creating a nicely looking website is super easy — kudos to the website building platforms — one can still find not so nice-looking websites.

The result of the brainstorming that our creative design team did were design packages with three different service levels and price points. Each of the design package was created with a different customer in mind: starting with startups and ending with bigger businesses that need a more complex, branched out website design.

Startup package

As the name suggests this package is perfect for startups or teams with a low budget but still need a nice custom website to represent their work.

Web package

This is the middle range for our custom website design packages. Ideal for business that need a bit more than available in the Startup package. Especially helpful for teams that want to upgrade their outdated website design and join the cool club.

Product package

Now this is the whole package — everything you can eat option. Whatever kind of web design you need, our design team can create it for you. Perfect for enterprises with a larger budget for design.

With these packages we hope to help all of those who are in need of a new website or an update to their old web design. Let us know if any of these could be of help to you.

PS. If you’re still in the idea phase with your product or service and not 100% sure where to start then we’d suggest reading our post about starting with an MVP (minimum viable product).
