Dear Thortspace … how do I reset my password

The simplest way to reset your password is in the Thortspace App, as shown in the graphic below.

You must be logged out to do this. If you are not logged out, click (or tap) the button to log out. Then click (or tap) the “My Account” button, enter your email address in account email box and click (or tap) on the “Reset Password” button.

When you follow the above steps, an automatic email will be sent to the email address corresponding to your Thortspace account, and this will include a password reset link.

Click the password reset link to reset your password.
