(6) How to … apply Pictures to thorts

Open the pictures tab.

Choose ‘Shared Picture Library” as your filter.

Tap (or click) on a picture.

Tap (or click) on thorts you want to apply the picture to.

Tap (or click) the box at the bottom to finish.

[Please note, in the next section, Internet Picture Search is only available to Premium subscribers. This service is powered by Microsoft Bing, and we have to pay Microsoft to use it, so we cannot afford to make it available to users who are not paying a subscription.]

Choose Internet Search as your filter.

Type in a keyword of a picture to search for.

[Types in “Castle” and press Done or Return]

Tap (or click) one of the pictures.

Now Tap (or click) on a thort to apply the picture to it.

Tap (or click) on the box at the bottom to finish.

The User Picture Library

The User Picture Library, contains all the pictures that a given cloud user has ever added to any sphere.

You can access the User Picture Library, by choosing it from the drop-down list on the Picture Tab.

Naming Pictures

We don’t have folders in the User Picture Library in the current versions of Thortspace, but you can give each picture a name — which can then be used to find it.

Eg. the text “Question” will find pictures named “Question Mark”, “Question”, “Question Green”, “Question Red” etc.
