Cancel my subscription to Thortspace Premium service
(1) Go your your “account” page on Thortspace.com … https://www.thortspace.com/main/my-account/
(You may need to log in. Use the same credentials that you use in the Thortspace App.)
(2) Click or Tap the link button that says “Turn OFF”
(3) A small dialog box appears asking you to confirm. Click or Tap the “Yes” button to confirm your choice.
(4) The button will change to say “Processing”. Be patient this can take 10–20 seconds for the action to be sent to the Stripe payment system and an acknowledgement to be sent back.
(5) When the process completes, you will see that your account page now says the date that your subscription will expire, and confirms that auto-renewal is turned off.
Un-cancel my subscription
Ok, you’ve cancelled your subscription but now you change your mind and want to re-instate it. How do you do that? Very simple.
(1) Go back to your “My Account” page on Thortspace.com … https://www.thortspace.com/main/my-account/
(2) Click or Tap the link button that says “Turn ON”.
(3) Click or Tap “Yes” to confirm.
(4) The box will say “Processing” for a while.
(5) Your Thortspace Premium subscription is now turned back on again!
