How to have a great christmas
The view from my bath tub
Lying back in my bath tub at 9am this morning (with my iPad), I was thinking about how to have a great Christmas.
So I added the thoughts that occured to me about this. (This is my version of thinking in the bath.)
Then I saw that some of these thoughts had a certain resonance with some others and so I put them together accordingly.
Then two futher thoughts occured to me.
Forgive myself for not actually managing to do any of those things… That turned out to be a particularly important thought. While we were exchanging gifts with family members some thoughtless jibes that were probably just meant to be light-hearted banter got me really upset, and I stayed that way for the next four or five hours.
Subsequently I added another group to my thinking, which although it’s too late for this year, hopefully will have me have a better Christmas next time around !
