The maps are sold out already

Back in the days it was really hard to get a good education.

It was hard to get just about any degree.

Only a few select people were able to get (and afford) a degree.

So only a few people were competing for the jobs that needed a degree.

(quick side note: most jobs probably never really needed a degree to begin with).

But today it’s different.

More and more people are getting degrees.

All over the world…

There are now more people with degrees than jobs for people with degrees.

And what happens when the supply is higher than the demand?

Everybody ends up competing with everybody else who’s competing with everybody else.

So the majority of the people will join a race to the bottom.

And a few select people will race to the top.

The good news is that we all have a choice…

You can either try to win the race against everybody else who’s competing with everybody else or you can try to run your own race.

So how do you run your own race?

I don’t know.

It’s your race.

And only you can figure that out…
