We’re always told to focus.
Focus on this.
Focus on that.
Then you’ll get a good job.
A good life.
Or what not.
But what happens when you end up focusing on the wrong things?
What happens when you focus on something that you don’t even enjoy that much?
What happens when you don’t even know what to focus on?
You’ve gotta figure out what works and what doesn’t first.
By doing a lot of different things.
And then you’ve gotta focus on the things that work.
If you focus on something that will never ever work, then you can focus as much as you want but it will still not work.
If you focus on something you don’t really enjoy that much, then you can focus as much as you want but you’ll never be able to unleash your true potential and become really good at it.
You’ll always do just mediocre work.
I know it sounds simple.
But how many people do you know who focus on things they don’t really enjoy that much?
