Distraction is a drug for your brain. You give it a bit of distraction and now that’s all it wants. It turns into a monkey mind.

Now you can’t expect it to focus!

It was a wake-up call. To break free, I needed more than just discipline; I needed a system, a method to cut through the chaos.

As Tim Ferriss advises,

“Focus on being productive instead of busy.”

And that’s precisely what I set out to do.

My journey led me to a ‘cheat system’ for organizing life — not a shortcut, but a smarter way to approach the daily grind.
