Introduction

Jaggery is produced in sub-continent Asia. It is mostly produced in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Its color is from light yellow to dark brown. Its quality depends on its color. It has many nutrients in it. It contains magnesium, carbohydrates, sucrose, Fructose, glucose, iron, potassium, and insulin in it.

Production

It is produced from sugarcane. Juice from sugar cane is extracted and then put in a large pan on a high stove to make syrup. Then it cleans by adding ingredients. Then put into large trays, and after some time its shape was created.

Uses of jaggery

It is used in different cooking recipes. Also, it can be eaten by cutting into small pieces or in powdered form

Advantages

It has many advantages. Although it is also a form of sugar but less refined. It is better than sugar. It has many advantages of consuming jaggery.

Digestion

It is very good for digestion. If you have digestion problems you can eat a small amount after your meal It will help you to digest your meal easily. If you have a bloating problem, it can also be solved by eating jaggery after eating your meal.
