Chapter 5 — Ascension & recovering from adoption trauma

As I’ve already said in chapter 14, this won’t be for everyone, but for those who are open, I believe that this will help in some way by understanding something that is bigger than self.

If we do not clear the past issues recorded in our timeline we will repeat the same patterns until we learn the spiritual lesson or clear the trauma of the original causal event. Everything repeats itself in the person's timeline until the spirit of the person resolves the energetic conflict issue or trauma that is recorded in their consciousness memories.

This allows the creation of a new timeline and future direction to travel for the consciousness. When we clear the past, we move outside of the trauma timeline and this changes the person's timeline for the future, that further changes the probability of the future cycle of time.

1.Healing

Our planet and the human race has suffered hybridisation trauma in various forms. This hybridisation trauma could be interpreted as adoption or surrogacy, manifesting in genetic damage both physically and spiritual-energetically — which makes human beings brain and mental bodies vulnerable and weak to mind control, memory wiping, and removing and destroying the correct historical record of our personal heritage. Controllers desperately want us to forget that we have Souls through the use of the Anti-Soul Agenda. Without understanding the worldwide agenda of trauma based mind control, we cannot understand our participation in the constructs put in place to keep it going. We become unknowing participants, in perpetuating these systems.

1. Dark Night of the Soul

There are four main types of the down-cycle of spiritual crisis which could variously be associated with what the ancients and mystics have called the Dark Night of the Soul. These phases of spiritual development are unavoidable, as the “living death” or Ego Death must occur for resurrection of the spiritual body and mind.

The four main types of spiritual crisis down-cycle are:

  1. LIGHTNING
  2. SHOCK
  3. SELF-DIGESTION
  4. BURNOUT

The deeper one goes into a die-off stage to drop density, to resolve issues, the greater the spiritual resurrection. Similarly the more one allows the influx of kundalini spirit phases during the heart and Consciousness expansion, the deeper one goes into the die-off stages. The die-off is either acute or chronic depending on the person and the phase of awakening.

No person on this earth is exempt from exposure to the massive fields of chaos, confusion and darkness that exist in the collective mind of humanity. In every area of our life, when we generate belief systems, thoughts, behaviours, emotions and actions, this accumulates into energetic content that combines with the vibrationally matched consciousness fields that are in the environment.

This is why adoptees and other adoption triad members find it extremely hard to face their trauma and work though the real issues at hand. Most are rooted in their image of perfection, or image based on their reality bubble which is based in delusion see the Princess Code. Refusing to listen to facts and they may lash out when her delusion or reality bubble is being threatened.

So when attachments form, we do not govern our own energies appropriately, but it also happens when we don’t have awareness about our true self-identity, and we do not know ourselves at a core level. We still may carry thought forms and belief systems that come from the expectations of our biological family of origin. When we are in our power and we accept and unconditionally love ourselves at that level, and we don’t allow our power to be drained by others, including our family of origin, as they may try and manipulate us into their expectations through emotional blackmail or Gaslighting techniques.

The Orphan Complex

Is a common mental disorder that many experience when they incarnate on the earth and do not realise their true origin and spiritual mission with the earth. Most Star people suffer from memory wipe to discourage them from discovering their true mission and spiritual purpose.

As a result, many of us suffer from an Orphan Complex, at various stages of our ancestral clearing and healing process. When we consciously participate and inquire on this process, we can make miraculous healing available not only to ourselves, but to our extended family of origin and throughout our bloodline history. For adoptees this is relevant and mirrors our life’s direction and recovery for connection to both biological and star families.

2. False Parent

The False Parent is the main Victimizer Archetype that is used by some families to create pain and trauma in the child either willingly or unwillingly, when that child is totally dependent upon that family or adult person.

When abuse is suffered in childhood, destructive Attachments and negative bonds are formed within that child that carry into adulthood, if they are not cleared.

To free the body, mind, emotions and spirit from the bondage of trauma induced by parents or others when we were children, we must take responsibility to learn how to love ourselves and unconditionally forgive what has happened to us. This action dissolves the Causality and the consequential effects, as well as later entanglements that this pain has created throughout the child’s timeline, all the way into adulthood.

Unhealed childhood trauma and pain is commonly carried over into our adult intimate relationships, infecting them with pain and leading into unhealthy and destructive relationships. When we are able to unconditionally forgive the situation and love ourselves, we learn that what happened to us as a child, had nothing to do with our real self. We shift our thinking to reflecting upon what lessons we have learned, and what strengths we can take away from that experience. We must shift our concept of the Parent that exists on the external, to become the Parent that exists in the internal self, and know that we are the true spiritual parent for ourselves.

Our self-worth is not relative to our abandonment by our biological family or how our adopted parents treated us as children.

3. The connection between Mother and child

First 1D Internal Layer

This is the root layer 1st Chakra of our Unconscious Mind and it functions like a hard drive for the ego. In this hard drive is the cellular memory storage from all of one’s lifestreams. This means that cellular memories from past lives, present lives and future lives may all be stored in this memory hard drive. These memories are not given value when they are recorded, whether one may perceive them as good or bad, these many multiple memories are stored on the root hard drive of every human being. Whether one was a fetus, baby, in between lifetimes, or unconscious when the body suffered “abuse”; it was recorded in one’s memory storage (pre-verbal) whether one currently remembers that event consciously or not.

Hara Centre

The Hara is the chi body, the etheric gateway enveloping the planet. In our physical body the Hara is more about the energetic or spiritual aspects (not so much the physical space), is about an inch in diameter, and located from the navel around two inches inwards closer to our spine than our navel. Surrounding the Hara is an envelope of energy called the ‘tan tien’ or Dantien, about the size of a soccer ball. This Dantien is filled from the Hara, and the chi energy interacts with all organs, particularly the intestines where our food is turned into energy. It is no mistake that the beginning of life (the foetus) grows and is nurtured within this etheric envelope.

As mentioned previously, a soul passes from life to life through through the In-between space into the Hara centre of the mother, their consciousnesses unite as one. Then soon after conception the baby becomes an individual consciousness again around 3 months. . .

The mother and Childs soul are one for at least 1–3 months after birth. This is why adoptees are so traumatised after being separated immediately after birth.

A blocked Hara can cause energetic blockages resulting in a lack of health and vitality, and can be the main cause of many addictions especially to food (the attempt to feel full).

Reclaiming Mother and Child Bond

As an adult, you are now the parent to your inner child. To reclaim the mother and child bond, hold this child in your arms, cherish and protect that precious child. Feel your role being that parent, radiating love and support to that inner child, bringing unconditional love, comfort, security and peace … and an end to all trauma and mistreatment. Feel this with your whole being, allowing the child to ‘let go’ and fully release into your loving arms.

Recovering Core Self

As a result of current shifts, all people are being pushed to recognise and feel the differences between the authentic core self and the false identities used to mask pain and trauma. Recovering the core self, learning to adjust ways of thinking, behaving and the negative ego coping mechanisms is all needed to help people develop into a higher version of ourselves. Our lowest three frequency bands (ego or false self) will cease to exist in the same way that they have on this planet. This produces a massive pressure upon the constructs that exist as the lower mental bodies, which for some people with unhealed trauma, will be felt as surges of electrical pressure on the nervous system that generates even more Mental Anxiety and physical tension. This pressurised sensation upon our body and mind can bring up feelings of fear as we progress into facing the unknown and overcoming fears of uncertainty and self-doubt.

False Self

The false self or the false identity is usually formed to generate inner walls in our Unconscious Mind as a result of unhealed painful Trauma and fears. This wall of separation that exists between our unconscious mind and Conscious Mind hides secret negative beliefs or internal fears that we have collected about ourselves as the result of how we perceived life experiences. For some people, these deeply buried fears and pain is so devastating that they avoid addressing it, as it can sink them into a dark abyss of emotional pain that they do not know how to cope with.

To hide from this emotional pain, they develop coping mechanisms to help them better survive in the 3D world of obligations and stress, while living in a culture that emphasises escapism, which is pain and fear avoidance. People in pain form opposite sets of compensating behaviours, which means they act out behaviours that are actually the opposite of who they really are, in so to keep up appearances or expectations connected to their belief system. These negative habits form into coping mechanisms that help them to deal with the anxiety they feel that is created from past unhealed pain and trauma.

These compensating behaviours turn into fear coping mechanisms in order to get through life, people putting up a façade or false identity that they believe other people will accept or love. Or they may be reduced into impersonating other people’s behaviours around them in order to feel safe, and other peoples behaviours become the mental body architecture that form into the false identity mask that they show to the world. When we allow others the power to dictate to our identity, we become lost, confused and very unhappy.

Reconciling Memories in Timelines

When we realise that the consequences of our actions today were the result of inauthentic decisions made in the past (when we were projecting a mask of deception), that moment of realisation can be painful. Every little event is connecting throughout the golden threads woven in the fabric of all time for us to see. Some of us may play out these timeline memories or events that were recorded in time, consciously or unconsciously.

At this time we are being required to reconcile ancestral memories recorded in timelines in some kind of format as it surfaces it will present us with a task or conflict to resolve. Many of us are reconciling the past or future timelines, as well as issues presented at the individual self, the ancestral self, the karmic self, or the collective planetary self and so forth.

We may have the “Come to Jesus” moment in our life and be forced to see the pain and harm we have caused (or our ancestors caused) to ourselves and others through histories recorded in time. We may have allowed another person or thing that we love to have authority in our life direction and influence our timeline and recently learned they have misrepresented themselves. No matter how this deception has occurred, if we have based our life on a foundation of self-deception (masking identities) that deception is crumbling away beneath our feet, and this can feel scary. When we lose what we may have believed is the foundation of our identity, the Ego/Personality the lack of reinforcement to that identity may contribute to feeling a loss of clarity or trust in life. Administering compassion and offering kind understanding to support those in this situation is greatly needed today, especially as adoptees.

As I’ve already said, I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but piece by piece I’ve started putting myself back together. Researching, studying, growing, I found my own path combining spirituality and personal understanding. This is my truth and my understanding and I know it won’t be for everyone.

Being open-minded means being receptive to new ideas, knowledge and being adaptable to change. Open-mindedness also relates to the way in which people approach the views and knowledge of others. When we are open-minded we know that others should be free to express their views and that the value of others knowledge should be recognised.

When we are not threatened or scared by others point of view, our body and brain stays open, receptive and relaxed. We seek to have dialogues and maintain a free information society that shares knowledge with humanitarian goals. Our goal is to stay mentally open and mentally flexible with an empathic, loving and compassionate heart, and to allow other people to speak what they believe without instigating or condoning violence. Here are some suggestions on keeping an open and flexible mind, which is crucial to keep ones heart open. Remember an open mind equals an open heart.

Keep reinforcing the positive things that you have in your life right now. Feel and express gratitude for the people, things, and experiences that are positive or have a silver lining for higher learning. Reinforce one’s commitment to expressing love, goodness and gratitude, and to behave ethically.

Please note that this journey of healing WILL re-open old forgotten wounds and is not for the faint of heart.
