In a world where ‘self-improvement’ runs rife, some of us still find it difficult to improve ourselves. There’s no shortage of resources: books, videos, articles … everything else under the sun. But the real problem with these resources lies in a lack of personalization.

When you’re offered self-improvement advice, rarely do you see it from our own perspective, rather through the peephole perspective of somebody else. When you read a self-improvement book, the information appeals to the general public rather than you specifically.

An ideal solution is always having someone by your side who thinks like you, imparting wisdom and knowledge every step of the way. But until human cloning becomes a widespread phenomenon, we’ll have to settle for the next best alternative: AI.

Artificial intelligence sounds fancy (and it is) but for you and me, we don’t need to understand the complex stuff. We just need to appreciate that it’s ‘clever’. More importantly, it’s now much more accessible to the wider public.

For the non tech-savvy readers among you (myself included), AI is initially off-putting because we perceive it as ‘too complicated’. But AI chatbots…
