  1. Mesha: Gain happiness from love and affection towards the near and dear ones, and also the children. However, he is of anxious mind due to inclination towards sinful deeds (papakaaryaanurakta).
  2. Vrshabha: Gain company of a wife who is highly fortunate (subhagaam), beautiful (surupaam), endowed with splendour (bahkaantiyuktaam), devout and committed towards the native, however, barren (apatyahina).
  3. Mithuna: Endowed with children (apatya) who give mental happiness and peace to the native, of amicable disposition, good mannered, talented and virtuous, mirthful, and endowed with physical strength.
  4. Karka: Endowed with Sons who are going to be famous, giving contentment and mental satisfaction to the native, highly celebrated, great personality (mahanubhaav), wealthy, and endowed with knowledge and humility (vidyavinayena yuktan).
  5. Simha: Endowed with children who are of cruel nature, having pleasant and bright eyes, fond of eating flesh (maansapriyan), fathering daughters, aggressive temperament, fond of living abroad, and having hunger that is never satisfied.
  6. Kanya: Usually daughters are born who are barren, dear to their husband, inclined towards righteous acts, wise (pragalbha), far from sinful activities (prashaantapaapa), fond of ornaments.
  7. Tula: Endowed with children who are of good nature (sushila), of pleasant appearance (manohara), inclined towards own duties and hardworking, and having pleasant eyes.
  8. Vrschika: Usually Sons are born who are highly fortunate (saubhagyashaali), of good nature (shshila), far from any vices, full of love and affection and, inclined towards the dharma (duties and obligations) of own kula (lineage).
  9. Dhanu: Endowed with children who are attracted towards mythical horses, adept in horse riding and archery, destroyer of enemies, service minded (social service), and honoured by the kind.
  10. Makara: Endowed with Sons who are wickedly disposed (paapamati), of unpleasant appearance (kurupa), eunuch, inclined towards vicious acts, lack influence, cruel and hard hearted, and bereft of love and affection.
  11. Kumbha: Endowed with Sons who are steady minded, seriously involved in some undertaking, highly honest and transparent, famous, incredible tolerance towards pain and suffering, highly pure and righteous (punya), famous (yasha), and authority over others (prabhutavaan)).
  12. Meena: Endowed with Sons who are of ruddy but fair and pleasant appearance. However, if the Rasi is occupied by Papagrahas, then the children are sickly, of unpleasant appearance, laughable, and always in the company of women.
