Action without direction is a recipe for caos, posible catastrophe and guaranteed frustration.

It doesn’t matter how good you can be at executing, if there’s not a sense of meaning it won’t take you any further, it won’t allow you to scale.

Action is key, because just a vision won’t help either, it will be no more than a mere mirage, a beautiful desire that will vanish when trying to reach it.

Action for the sake of action can be additive and even an illusion. The idea of moving forward without real sense of direction.

Stop for a moment and ask the question, what are you actually trying to achieve?

I’m currently reading Walter Isaacson’s biography of Steve Jobs, and if there’s one thing I definitely admire, is Jobs’ sense of direction and commitment to his beliefs into achieving his ultimate goal of making a mark in the world, ultimately making him take relentless action.

The rest is history…
