Hello and welcome to Thoughts on TV!

This is my new home for discussion on pop culture including trending topics, reviews, critical discussion and technical evaluations on television in the modern era. The title won’t constrain what we talk about: like the expanded scope of the acclaimed /Film, Thoughts on TV starts with a focus on television but will branch out into movies and other entertainment when interesting topics come up.

The introduction of regular features will start tomorrow with a look at the rise of prestige television on premium channels. On the week of Avengers: Infinity War arriving in theatres as one of the most anticipated movies ever, a look at the Marvel Cinematic Universe and its opportunities as well as challenges in Phase 4 will follow before an Infinity War review to round out the week.
