Right off the bat, I want to tell you that this is my first ever Medium article and I am scared! But in the spirit of “Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway,” (you changed my life Susan Jeffers), I thought, “sod it, let’s just do it”. Thank you also to my extremely talented colleague and friend, Eleonora Zucconi, for encouraging me to write it. Even though it’s now 3am on that same day. Who needs sleep anyway!

As you may have heard, a book got published last Thursday called, ‘Sprint: How to solve big problems and test new ideas in just five days.’ It’s written by the designer, Jake Knapp, who came up with the process at Google.

But FIVE DAYS people. That’s not long.

To cut to the chase — we tried it out, and I want to tell you about our experience (it was good!)

Here’s a tip — if you’re short on time, just read the ‘Learnings’ from each day.

First up. A massive caveat.

Our sprint ran from 7th-11th March and up to that point, we only had access to the materials on this website http://www.gv.com/sprint/ because we didn’t actually realise the book wasn’t coming out until the 10th! Oops!
