The Koenigsegg One:1 made automotive history by being the first production car to feature a 1:1 power to weight ratio. Koenigsegg first showcased the One:1 mock-up at the Geneva Motor Show in XXXX. The Swedish manufacturer has recently announced that the working prototype will debut at Goodwood Festival of Speed this June; the mock-up will also be present, to give fans and petrolheads an up-close look at the world’s first “mega-car”.

Although this is still a matter of a speculation, there is chatter of Koenigsegg participating in the Festival’s Michelin Supercar Run, which should give fans a taste of the car’s time warping performance levels. The supercar run, organised by the French tire manufacturer, is major platform for global supercar manufacturers to demonstrate their performance.

For the uninformed, the Koenigsegg One:1 produces an astounding power output of 1,341 bhp and 1371 Nm of torque. All this power in a car that weighs not a gram more than 1360kg. Koenigsegg is confident that the car will break all existing land speed records for production cars. Unfortunately, only six of them are to be built, all of which are already spoken for.
