Mercedes-Benz inaugurates new Surat dealeship

Following the Year of Excellence strategy, Mercedes-Benz India has inaugurated their new showroom in Surat, Gujarat. Completed with an investment of over Rs 7 crore, the showroom is located at Surat Dumas Road, Piplod, Suratand, and was inaugurated by Eberhard Kern, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India and Sanjay Thakker, Managing Director, Benchmark Cars.

Spread over 10,000 squre feet, the showroom has an 11 car display with a customer lounge, cafeteria, children’s play area, a boutique display, a finance and insurance section, and the new car delivery service. The showroom employs a team of 15 members to take care of customer’s sales requirements. The service center is located at Icchapore G.I.D.C, O.N.G.C Road, and has 20 service bays and an experienced team of 31 personnel, ensuring a hassle free aftermarket experience for customers.

This marks Benchmark Cars’s sixth outlet in Gujarat, which means that the new dealership, in the commercial capital of state, will cater to towns like Vapi, Valsad, Navsari, Silvasa, etc. With the opening of the new showroom, Mercedes-Benz India has expanded their footprint to 68 outlets in 37 cities.
