Skoda launches 24x7 roadside assistance

In a bid to ramp up their after-sales services, Skoda India has announced that they will offer 24x7 roadside assistance for their entire range of models sold in India which includes the Fabia hatchback, Rapid sedan, Yeti, Octavia and Superb. Even owners of older Skoda models can opt for roadside assistance (RSA) coverage by walking into a Skoda dealership and purchasing the 2 year package.

Skoda has confirmed that they will send assistance wherever your Skoda car breaks down. The services offered include: support via phone call, minor repairs conducted on-site, jump starting a battery, fuel delivery, type replacement, replacing lost keys, towing and transportation services, and emergency message relay service.

The 2 year Roadside Assistance program (RSA) coverage for vehicles less than 5 years old retails at Rs 3233 and for vehicles older than 5 years, it costs Rs 4233.
