Unveiled at EICMA: 2015 Kawasaki Ninja H2
200+ horsepower and a sensory assault unlike any other, the modern day reiteration of the 1972 Mach IV 750 ‘Madman’, the Kawasaki Ninja H2 has a lot to live up to.
The 238 kilo motorcycle inspired by Formula One, and with a supercharged engine that uses aerospace technology, the Kawasaki H2 is expected to blast from 0 to 100kmph in less than 2.5seconds. That’s as fast as the physics breaking One:1. In short, we likey very much.
The Kawasaki Ninja H2 is expected to go on sale early next year priced at about $30,000 (Rs 18.4 lakh excluding taxes and duties), and will be available to anyone who has completed their learner and provisional periods on their motorcycle licence. The previously-shown H2R is a track-only version, expected to output upwards of 300bhp. Both bikes are made to order and are “hand crafted”.
The Ninja H2 is expected to comfortably overtake the previous claimants to the world’s fastest bike including the Kawasaki ZX-14R in 2012, and the Ducati Diavel in 2011.
