Keeping a gratitude journal or taking time daily to notice things you are grateful for can be life changing for most people.
I’ve experienced receiving more positive things come my way (opportunities/new ideas/new connections) the more I practice gratitude regularly.
Here’s some fun facts you should know about practicing gratitude:

- Gratitude can boost romantic and professional relationships by inspiring acts of kindness, you won’t be surprised to hear that being grateful reduces aggression and enhances empathy.
- Gratitude makes us healthier by decreasing pain, reducing bad health symptoms, increasing time sleep quality and extending your lifespan by a few months or even years.
- Gratitude improves self-esteem by reducing social comparisons.
- Gratitude is all-inclusive. Good days give you happiness and bad days give you wisdom. Both are essential.
