5 Thing Winners Know How To Do Better than Anybody Else…

Now you can learn their ways..

Last week I was having a great talk with my friend Riley..

Now Riley is the kind of guy that when he talks.. You better be listening..

You only get so much “present” time with him.. as he often spends most of the time strategizing his next move…speaking to his best Associate.. himself.

But last week we had a great talk about what it takes to WIN.. and how if you only knew as a kid, what you know as an adult.. your youth wouldn’t be wasted on the young..

We were talking about success.. a topic I always like to discuss..when Riley told me, “You are only as good as your team”…

Everything is about team.

Your team is your support staff.

Your team is the group of people you can call on for all the “things” that come up in your life..

Great teammates know their use and value.. and know that when YOU.. as the team leader deploy them.. what their clear goals and objectives are.

In addition to success, we were discussing building a team that consists of somebody to help with your physical state, somebody on the team to deal with your mental state, somebody for finances, somebody for legal work, somebody to assist you in the “tasks” you need.. and so on and so on…

The moral of the story is.. to be great, to be free, and to excel.. you need a TEAM of people that GET YOU.. understand your style, you nuances, tendencies, etc…

As we head into Superbowl Sunday.. and study the greatness of the PatriotsDynasty.. we see that is what the have.. a great team.. Built around Tom Brady..

Coach Billy B knows the exact players that need to be on that team for Tommy to lead them to victory…

He can even compensate for Tom’s few weaknesses by bringing in the right players to make up for these weaknesses.. and he is so good at it.. that nobody even notices that Brady has weaknesses!

But.. the reality is.. every year.. Brady gets a little bit older.. and his “needs” change.. and so do the players that the Patriots bring in..

They are adapting.

They are adapting to subtle changes.

This is how they are able to maintain a WINNING status..

So can you.

I will give you 5 Thing Winners Know How To Do Better than Anybody Else:

1. They know themselves better than anyone or anything else.

2. They know their needs..

3. They know their weaknesses..

4. They are relentless about putting the right people around them.. usually people who’s strengths are their weaknesses..

5. They are constantly asking questions to make sure they have the right people around them, at the right time.. they are always working to stay ahead of the situation and “change”…

Most people get “hung-up” that they are not the same today as yesterday..

They are almost perplexed.. and that state of mind they “hang” in.. can be detrimental to long term sustainability and success..

So whether you are a Patriots fan or not.. is truly irrelevant..

But to look at the dynasty they have built is truly remarkable..

You can do the same for yourself.. then apply those tactics to everything you are involved with.

Recognize. Adapt. Change =Win.
