Fresh Eyes

My God you’re beautiful.

I mean this in every way it can be interpreted. Have you ever looked at pictures of outer space and the other planets? They don’t look as friendly and awesome as this one… no/scarce water, extreme climates, no mountains, animals roaming, birds chirping, flowers blooming everywhere, palm trees swaying in the breeze, etc.

“God” — or Universe, source/anything you want to call nature, air, the stars, and planets — is the most beautiful artist I’ve ever seen or imagined. The canvas that is your life is given to you blank, can be washed over easily, and can be re-painted at will to look like anything you want. Your surroundings are beautiful, and you, yourself are beautiful too.

That’s right: ‘you’ are beautiful.

Have you ever stopped to think about how perfect you are? Think about your design; trillions of cells, bacteria, parasites, and other foreign bodies comprise the elegance of the human body; each cell functions in harmony with the rest of its environment, collectively allowing you to breathe, filter, pump, nourish, and excrete toxins. And you don’t even have to think about it.

In fact, your body is so perfect you probably don’t even know the half about how to run it optimally. That’s why you’re here, so I can teach you. Until now, ‘health’ has been protected by a gatekeeper who said you had to pay a certain amount of money in order to know how to protect your own body and mind. No longer.

Health is like water; it’s a gift that comes with life.

To the best of my ability, I will share everything I know with you about health. As I learn, so will you. Because you’re beautiful. And because I also have a feeling we are mini representations of the Universe, meaning you and I, well, we’re one and the same :-)

Today’s thought exercise: does a cell kind of look like a planet? Does a string of cells sort of look like a solar system? And do multiple types of cells (i.e. liver + kidney + lung) look more like galaxies, if you looked under a microscope? And do your thoughts and feelings tend to turn into reality?

Hmmm… might we be the encasement of all that is?

Sent to you with love, compassion, and gratitude,

Kareem
