Don’t Sacrifice Your Health To Make More Money

For some reason it’s a trend within entrepreneurs to work over 80 hours a week. There’s nothing bad about hustling day and night, however, it’s terrible if you are not taking care of your body and mind.

Josue Arteaga is an 18 year old who manages full-scale projects at Influencer Press. He often works on course launches, teaches his students how to get featured on major publications and manages his millionaire clients. Even though this is only a fraction of his workload, he still manages to get a full 8 hours of sleep, hang out with family, and occasionally go on dates. To quote Josue, “I live the best life I can! I love my life and everything about it!” But how can someone have so much time for all these things and not burn out?

Josue advices “many think that working out and working on your business are two different activities. Working out, eating right, and re-charging is working on your business. It’s part of the 12 hour work day. I love what I do so naturally that’s what I do all day.”

Working Out Is Working On Your Business

We all fight battles inside everyday. It’s our lazy self vs our productive self. Josue commented “Does being more productive help your business? Does having less stress help you run your business more effectively? Does having a sharper mind help your business? Yes, there are countless articles online on how exercise is good for entrepreneurs. So if you are exercising to produce better results for your business then that’s working on your business.”

With a net worth of $5-billion, Richard Branson exercises every morning. His day starts at 5:00 a.m. Exercising is great for releasing healthy endorphins that energize you throughout the day. You think sharper, have a lot more energy for the day, and are ready to take on your day.

Drink Water

We all heard it time and time again. The body is 70% water. Drink over 80 ounces of water a day to help you avoid dehydration. Dehydration causes

● Fatigue, tiredness, sleepiness

● Headache

● Constipation

● Dizziness

● Mood change, irritability, increased anxiety

● Muscle cramps

● Joint aches

Imagine trying to be productive with all these symptoms draining away your energy. Josue states “When you are working so much, especially exercising, water is much more important. Many people overlook this and that’s why they get all these bad feelings throughout the day. I don’t know about others but I do not want that.”

Exercise improves productivity. Staying fit and healthy is critical if you want to improve productivity. Entrepreneur and employees that eat healthier are increasingly more productive. So make time to exercise, drink water and brainstorm ideas to move difficult projects along a bit faster.
