Thrive Global was founded by Arianna Huffington to end the stress and burnout epidemic by offering companies and individuals sustainable, science-based solutions to enhance both well-being and performance. We know how deeply personal the topics of stress and burnout can be: there’s not one solution, and there’s certainly not one experience.

The Thrive Journal, our media platform and the global hub for conversation around these issues, publishes on Medium because of the platform’s built-in community and commenting tools, all designed to foster inclusivity and sharing. The more unique voices in the mix, the better.

That’s where you come in. For Thrive Global to lead a robust conversation—one that provides our community with tools and strategies for improving well-being and productivity—we’ll need a diverse range of stories, insight, and advice. Luckily, there are many ways to join that community: contribute stories (words, photos, videos, audio) to our media platform; comment on things you read that leave an impression; or just tag along with us on social (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) and pipe up when you feel inspired to do so.

If you want to contribute a story, send us a quick note and we’ll help you get started: We can’t wait to hear from you!

When you submit content to Thrive Global, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to our Terms.
