Juicing and What It’s Done for Me

Let’s Juice it up!

I did my first juice cleanse! It was pretty intense, pretty exciting and pretty radical of all the different thoughts I had leading up to the cleanse, during and reflecting after! Juicing helps with nutrients that fast track through the digestive system and provides minerals, vitamins and more!

People and online have so many inputs on cleanses. Personally from my experience, I think it’s best to listen to our hearts, bodies and our instincts. They know best and will know the perfect juice cleanse for you! I did a three day cleanse to start, to test it out, I will definitely do more in the near future. :)

We are what we eat — GREEN vegetables are super healthy — Green juices prevent cancer, lowers blood pressure, helps prevent heart attacks and strokes! Green juices are a great way to get the nutrients that we NEED for our bodies to function in a healthy way with vitamins, antioxidants and phytonutrients.
Beets are a good source of folate, manganese, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B-6, pantothenic acid, choline, betaine, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper and selenium.

The cleanse inspired me to be more aware, happier, and disciplined about what I put into my body temple. Post cleanse I didn’t loose a crazy amount of pounds, it wasn’t extremely different to change my life, it was more of a seed planted to take steps in rotation for a better balanced living-eating lifestyle.
